Fat to Fit: Week 15
Another week in the history books. I ended up getting sick along with basically everyone else in the house. The gym ended up not happening but such is life. I do have a couple of things coming up that should be exciting.
A Gym Owner's Perspective Chris is the owner of 2 Anytime Fitness locations in the Kansas City area. Andrew from the last video goes to his gym. We discussed what holds most people back from joining a gym. Especially if they want to but get nervous about going.
A Discussion on Mental Health Today I sit down with a friend of mine from work. He has had some issues in his life that he believes will be helpful to share with others who may be experiencing these issues. We had an excellent conversation.
Fat to Fit: Week 16 This week I am still somewhat sick. But I was able to get into the gym. I am super close to reaching my squat PR I can almost taste it!
A Nurse's Perspective Today we are joined by Barbara. She is a Nurse, Mother and fitness freak. (I don't think she'd describe herself as that but I already did it.) She discusses her ongoing shoulder issues and new diagnosis of RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis).
