This week I had some issues. Who would have guessed? Being a dad means that sometimes sleep gets sacrificed. Oh well! Wouldn't trade it for anything.
This week I had some issues. Who would have guessed? Being a dad means that sometimes sleep gets sacrificed. Oh well! Wouldn't trade it for anything.
So what is health? I've been doing through this whole fitness/health transformation but I didn't really consider what Health even was. Do other people have this thought too? I decided that I'd just walk around and ask people what they think of health as a survey of sorts.
